About Pam

 Pam brings over twenty-five years of experience in the executive search and research field. She has completed hundreds of assignments in automotive, industrial manufacturing, high technology, and health care. She has recruited leaders and performers across a wide range of organizational functions. Pam started in a boutique retainer search firm in Boston in a candidate development role where she teamed on many high-level engagements on behalf of board members and executive management in premier organizations. Since forming ORA in 1993, Pam has worked with and earned the respect of some of the best talent in the search industry. Prior to her executive search and research activities, Pam held sales and marketing roles for such Fortune 500 giants as Shearson/American Express, Estee Lauder, and Hertz Corporation in Chicago and New York. She earned a BA in Comparative Literature from Beloit College.
